1) Scope of Policy

Quicklanding provides SaaS, digital infrastructure, website setup, CRM, automation, and related digital services. This policy explains how cancellation requests are handled for subscriptions, renewals, custom projects, and third-party service costs.

2) Subscription Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation by contacting support@quicklanding.app. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewals or billing where applicable.

3) Renewal Cancellation

To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests should be raised before the next billing or renewal date. Cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund for already paid billing periods.

4) Custom Project Cancellation

For custom website, ecommerce, CRM, automation, or project setup work, cancellation after work has started may not be eligible for a refund. Any refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the work completed, resources allocated, and third-party costs already incurred.

5) Domain, Hosting, Email, and Third-Party Service Cancellation

Third-party costs such as domain, email, hosting, payment gateway, integrations, or external tools may be non-refundable once purchased, configured, or activated for the customer.

6) Effect of Cancellation

After cancellation, future billing will stop where applicable. Access to paid features, hosted services, integrations, support, or project resources may end immediately or at the end of the current paid term, depending on the service purchased.
