Templates, UI, copy and features are protected. Except where permitted, do not copy, modify, or redistribute. You retain rights to your content.

4) Plans, Billing & Taxes

Fees follow the pricing page and are non‑refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5) Termination

We may suspend or terminate for violations or risk. You may cancel at any time; your right to use the service ends on termination.

6) Confidentiality

Do not disclose non‑public information learned through access to the service, except as required by law.

7) No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months prior to the claim.

9) Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your content, use, or violations of these terms.

10) Third‑Party Services

Some features rely on third‑party services. Their terms and policies apply to your use of those services.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration and no class actions.

12) Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email; continued use means acceptance.
