Refund Policy

Please review this policy before making a payment for Quicklanding services.
This Refund Policy applies to payments made to Quicklanding Cloud Technologies Private Limited for Quicklanding SaaS services and related digital services.
1) Scope of Policy
Quicklanding provides SaaS, digital infrastructure, website setup, CRM, automation, and related digital services. This policy explains when refund requests may be considered for subscriptions, setup fees, project payments, and other service payments.
2) SaaS Subscription Payments
SaaS subscription payments are generally non-refundable once account activation, service provisioning, workspace access, configuration, or related onboarding has started.
3) Website, Template, and Project Setup Payments
Payments for website setup, template customization, ecommerce setup, CRM setup, automation, domain/email/configuration work, deployment, or other project services are generally non-refundable after work has started or the service has been provisioned.
4) Non-Refundable Cases
- Account activation or access has been provided.
- Service provisioning, setup, configuration, or deployment has started.
- Domain, email, hosting, integrations, or third-party tools have been purchased or configured.
- Custom website, template, CRM, automation, or project work has started.
- The request is raised more than 7 days after payment.
5) Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered only for duplicate payments, failed transactions where the amount was debited, accidental overpayment, or if Quicklanding is unable to provide the paid service.
6) Duplicate Payment or Failed Transaction Cases
If a payment is duplicated or a failed transaction debits your account, please contact us with the payment reference, registered email address, and transaction details. We will verify the payment status with our payment gateway or bank records before approving any refund.
7) How to Request a Refund
Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment by emailing support@quicklanding.app with your registered email, payment reference, payment date, and the reason for the request.
8) Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Bank and payment gateway timelines may vary, and the credited amount may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
