1) Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected billing period (quarterly or yearly). Access is granted immediately after payment.

2) Cancellations

You can cancel any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid term.

3) Refunds

• Due to the nature of digital services, all fees are generally non‑refundable once access is provided.
• If you were charged in error or cannot access the service after payment, contact support within 7 days and we will review a goodwill refund.
